I like being told what to do and getting guidance on form as well as motivation to push hard from the coaches. I also like the flexibility they offer for alternate exercises or if I am needing a recovery day. I love the constant feedback from the monitors which helps me know if I’m pushing or resting the right amount. All the trainers are very friendly and kind. I really love OT Georgetown and have told several friends about it!
OTF in Georgetown has completely changed my outlook on fitness and wellness. I can't even begin to describe the incredible sense of inclusiveness that radiates from this place. Let me tell you, at 46 years old, joining OTF has been the absolute best decision I've ever made for my overall well-being. The coaches here are not only top-notch, but they're also incredibly warm and encouraging. And let me warn you, the workouts are no joke - they're intense and will definitely push you to your limits! But trust me, it's all worth it in the end.
I love that I don’t have to think about what exercises I am going to do, OrangeTheory has already planned it for me! I am definitely pushing myself with more challenging exercises than I would ever choose to do on my own. By the time I’m done, I really feel like I’ve accomplished something great. It’s truly the best feeling ever!
The coaches! Their patience, their enthusiasm, their encouragement, their ability to adjust and adapt to each individual in the class, the communication and the equipment- it’s simple and easy to use.
I love the accountability and tracking along with the variety of workouts and structure, making the entire environment and process of working out much more fun and enjoyable.
