I like that they change everyday. My favorites are tornado days or days where you rotate more often. It makes the time go by quicker. My least favorite are days you spend 25 minutes on the treadmill at a time.
The workout was high intensity, burned a lot of calories, and the hour went by so fast! I loved that you could see where you were at at all times from the monitors so you could so you could make sure to optimize your workout and stay in the target range.
