I enjoy the group setting, which helps to push you to keep up 'compete' with others. Constantly moving keeps you engaged and active for an hour, which is difficult to do in a traditional fitness setting without a coach.
I like the variety and intensity! I would appreciate hearing the clean versions of songs during my workout. I'm tired of hearing bad language at OTF! Let's increase the positivity by omitting foul language.
Orangetheory is a fast paced, high intensity workout that focuses on all muscle groups. The rotation from aerobic to weightlifting with coaches guiding you through every process has been very successful. My fitness has been increased to level then exceeds my teen years and early twenties. The workout is always new and different with no boring intervals. No one has time for to be on a cell phone. Even with all the intensity everyone works out at there own level.
I'm a physical therapist and I like that the work out is based on the last science in exercise physiology. As a distance runner, I like that I can do my speed work, strengthening, and cross training all in each workout.
