I belong to other gyms as well but I love the rower and the treadmill and don't get those types of workouts at the other gyms I go to for strength/cardio/stretching. You have to mix up your workouts and for me, OTF twice a week is the perfect mix in my exercise world!
I really enjoy the coaches and I also enjoy the variety in the workout… getting in cardio, but also building strength and muscle using the weights. My areas where there could be improvement would be to make sure that all the equipment is working especially the rowing machines, and then also fix the OTF illuminated building sign outside, so it’s not flickering nonstop early in the morning it gives you a headache!
I like that each workout is different and focuses on different muscle groups. The coaches make working out fun and overall OT is a very efficient and effective way to stay fit.
