Each class is a full body workout, so I don’t have to worry about neglecting a certain area. The high intensity always makes me feel very accomplished, and I don’t have to worry about know what exercises I should be doing on the floor. The coaches are extremely motivational and always ensure we’re pushing ourselves appropriately

I like the structure provided for each workout. You aren’t left to figure out what you need to do. Coaches are watching all participants to make sure we are doing exercises correctly or offering alternative ways to achieve the same goal. It’s an extremely friendly non-judgemental environment n.

Loving Orange Theory! I just completed by 7th class and am really enjoying the different workouts and trainers at Glen Mills and Talleyville. Love the music at the Talleyville branch especially! Fun classes are challenging, instead of the same old boring workouts i have been doing over the years. Looking forward to lots more fun workouts!
