Low pressure so you don't feel bad about how you are doing but the trainers still encourage you to work at your max capacity. I like the feedback from the heart rate monitors that lets you evaluate your workout.
Greg is a fun, engaging, and dynamic coach. He has a strong grasp of the science, the brand, and knows how to keep everyone motivated and energized throughout class. I love his music and ability to connect with people by making them laugh with his sense of humor.
I like it's entire structure ...it's like having a personal trainer without paying a cost of it...
The instructor 's are awesome ...they not only motivate you but they also make you believe that you can do the work outs...they are always there to motivate , support, encourage you
The staff is also very friendly once they know who you are ...they greet you by your name ....the feeling is great🤗🤗
