I’ve been a member for 3 months & I have noticed that I have gotten stronger. OTF has help [FIRST NAME REMOVED] endurance. I had never done such a type of workout but with the coaches I have become more confident & see changes in [FIRST NAME REMOVED] overall fitness.
All the Coaches are awesome! I love the workouts! I love the push that they all give to help me get to where I want to be... after going through Breast Cancer this type of workout is what I needed to get me back in shape.. I’m very happy I joined the program. Thank you all at Orangetheory!

Easy to follow workout
Fast paced, very easy to pick up, and never a boring workout. The staff are very friendly and certainly keep you on your toes! Heart rate monitors keep you honest to yourself and help you push yourself. Highly recommend it!
