What I like the most is that every person works out at whatever pace it takes them to get to their target heart rate. So for people new to working out, or experts at fitness, it is always challenging. And it definitely pushes me to work harder than I would if I were directing it myself.
I love the OTF workout because it's intense as you want to make it. The harder you work, the better your results. It's efficient and I'm in and out in an hour. I like that it's different each time but the structure is familiar.
Love the fact that the workout changes every session. I've been doing Orange Theory for 1.5 years and no two workouts are the same. And, the staff is great getting me motivated and through every workout. The best of all, I'm in the best shape of my life.
The staff are incredibly motivating and encouraging and help make a one hour workout fly by! I also like it having a different workout each time I attend a class so it's always something new and challenging.
Great! Love the high energy, music and coaches. The S/A snatch was a bit difficult, because I'd never done it before and the coaching wasn't personal enough and it seemed a bit dangerous without the proper coaching. I still enjoyed it!
