I love the fact that everyday is different so you never know what you will be doing that day. Every workout is challenging in a different way and the coaches keep motivating everybody to try their best. I enjoy the fast pace and the days where we move around a lot are usually the ones that go by fastest.
While it was very challenging, it was also reassuring that the trainer kept checking in on me despite 35 other people being there. I liked the fact that there weren't any gimmicky or unsafe exercises. Safety and proper form are priorities and you go at your own pace and ability. It a true total body workout and I look forward to improving my overall health and fitness by going back for more.
I like everything about the classes and the people who work at OTF. It's always a challenging workout (even 9 mos. into the program), love the fact that it's a full body workout and how it motivates you to compete with yourself. I work out so much harder in OTF classes than I ever would on my own. And the heart rate monitor keeps you honest -- sometimes, you think you're working hard, but the heart rate monitor tells you otherwise...so, you step it up a notch.
I'd suggest that OTF devote some resources to building a better app. There are so many flaws in the current app that I don't use it much anymore...I've been booking my classes through the mindbody app, which has a much better interface, allows you to see where you are on the waitlist and let's you book classes at other studios. So, that's my one nit. Otherwise, GREAT JOB OTF!!
