It's intense, and I know I would never work as hard on my own. I like the music and the instructors. It's close to home for me. I feel challenged and proud of myself for completing. I would love a 3:00 or 4:00 pm class on Saturday and Sunday.

Love the variety, the accountability with your name on the screen and the front desk staff and especially Jon, the lead trainer! The other trainers are also good but Jon especially goes out of his way to talk to every person in each class session with tips and encouragement and he knows everyone's name which makes you feel valued.

Workouts change daily making it more interesting. 55 minutes goes quick. Music is great. Able to modify your efforts based off monitor displays to achieve maximum potential, allowing you to make informed decisions on progress.
