Simply....everything. I may have found the type of class to kick me in the butt to start exercising again. It felt great to jog/run again but there was no pressure to not go at my own pace. I loved the format and being able to see my progress throughout the 60 minutes.
I love the variety of the workouts at OTF! I feel like I get an amazing workout every single time I come to a class. I also love the people at OTF! It doesn't matter if I had a good day or a bad one, coming to OTF puts a smile on my face!
Our coach, Paige was awesome! She made us feel very comfortable, especially since we don't work out regularly. The class itself was great! Even though it was a power day, there we still was good variety in the types of workouts we were doing. I liked being able to see my progress/statistics on the screen. That motivated me to keep going.
After being a member for 18 months, I am still challenged by the variety and intensity of the workout. The trainers are great - they make it fun while coaching you to do more (but always with proper form!) . I could not have achieved my current fitness level without them!
I like that I get a good work out in, burn calories and worth the time I am in there. I like that the instructors are helpful in showing me the best technique and does not push me to hard to try to do heavy weights. I would recommend the instructors there to repeat instructions maybe 2-3x, it goes so fast and so I think they talk so fast and sometimes I get a little lost.
