I love the intensity of the workout. How it changes all the time. I used to work out hard when I went to the gym, but this is so much better! For the first time in my life, I want to go work out! I miss it if it has been more than a day or two. I have dropped about 15 pounds and I can see a big difference in my strength and how I look. I have gained 3-4 holes on my belt, and I am just getting started! Thank you.
