I work out much harder then I would on my own. The time goes by fast. The heart monitor is a great tool to let you know that your working hard enough or that you need to work more. The group energy helps and most people are friendly. The staff is great!!!!
I love the workouts and the variety. The best is when there aren’t that many people so you do the running as 1/2 and the rowing and weights as the other half of the workout. When the classes are full it’s not as great for me bc I don’t like the rowing so much so all three are split evenly so less running which is my favorite. The instructors are awesome as well. Especially Cyrus and Rosalind. They push you to your limit. :)
The coaches, the music, and the fierce workouts are always different.
I also like the hours you are open so it's easier to get to class.
And of course the friendly welcoming staff when I walk in the door...
