The challenge that it creates for me to step out of my comfort zone and push myself. The instructors also allow you to work at your own pace and are not overly pushy. They challenge and support you without going overboard and are always there to help with alternative solutions. Having a neck and back injury from a car accident will sometimes limit what I can do, but both instructors (Danielle and Joey) have also offered solutions so that I can keep going and work the body parts needed.
The variety of things in the weight room is also really cool. It keeps it fresh and interesting.

From my day. The trainers are great, but wish they would all come take a bikram class from me.
I like that it is different every time. however, i do NOT like partner workouts. for anxious people they are a nightmare. i just want to come and do my work and go. please. no partner workouts. they are my biggest fear.
I was always an outdoor runner and gym rat. Having two kids now, time is a luxury. Orange theory gives me an incredible workout in a reasonable time. The instructors are great, the workouts change often and I love that you're in competition with yourself/mind... kind of like running. I push hard and love every minute of it.
