The staff are very helpful and you feel like they really want to be there. Everyone is also upbeat. Easy to talk to staff about specific workouts....they are all knowledgeable about the machines or the exercise you are doing.
I'm not going to lie, I've been very athletic my entire life, since I can remember. I played soccer for 15 years, danced 6 hours a day 6 days a week for 4 years, I've been trail running for the past year but, nothing has ever been this challenging to me. I had my first try out class on Tuesday and withing 25 min into the class I ran to the bathroom to throw up, but I don't give up, I came right back in and finished the class. And for my surprise I was back the next morning for another class as now a member. After that I took a day off and the only parts of my body that wasn't strongly in pain was my face, fingers and toes. With yesterday's brake I was back to another class this morning and for the first time I reached the 15 points and it was still heard but not to a point that I want to vomit. I'm compleately in love with the program, with the environment and also with how friendly and supportive the instructors and other members are.
My fiancé just came part of the Orangetheory team, he just started working there this week. We have our wedding coming up on May 13th and my goal is to lose 35lbs in 4 months. And I truly believe by been part of this amazing program and a good and healthy eating habit, I'm definately on right direction to succes.
All of the trainers are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable - great staff! The workouts are varied & I like that each participant is encouraged to do his or her best, but also to listen to their body if they need to slow down. Sometimes the music selection is not what I'd choose, but it's not easy to satisfy varying musical tastes. Overall, I think everyone should try a class!
