Everything was great. HIIT is something that I am very familiar with. Providing group classes with a personal trainer touch makes each work out very accessible to all. Having Cyrus check in with each member to identify any modifications that need to be made to the day's workout allows everyone to get the most out of the experience with less worry about injury.
The variety and the intensity. I also really like the coaches, supportive and push you without ever making you feel uncomfortable. I like that you can be pushed here wether you are a pro athlete or a beginner and that all feel welcome. I like that I leave every class exhausted - never once have felt like it was a "light" or easy workout.
I love the coaches' positivity and humor and guidance. I love the 90 min sessions. The interval training is working!! I'm getting results at my own pace as a power walker. I love all the variety in workout day to day. The enthusiasm amongst members is also great. One of the best things about these workouts is that you come in and within an hour you've checked all the boxes (cardio, weigh training, and rowing) within just one hour!! I'm actually losing weigh first in my abdomen!! It's awesome!!! Btw, unfortunately not all gyms are the same-OTF Greenbrae is truly exceptional and the best place to be!!
