It’s a really great workout! You can choose to increase or decrease the intensity based on your body and your goals. The energy is modivating and the Coaches are very detailed & through.
I favor the Run / Row days as I like to push myself to the Max.

I love the sense of community. The class always goes by so quickly because we are all just cheering each other on. Also the coaches are so encouraging. I always leave feeling more confident.
I love the intensity and variety of each and every workout! I love the fact that the work-out actually challenges my body making me stronger and able to have more energy throughout the day! I highly recommend Orangetheory to everyone- a BIG Thank you to coach Boyd, coach Sarah, coach Krystal and coach Elaine for always giving us your best and encouraging us to do the same!!!!!!!
For myself i need a structured work out. And OTF has what i need. I would find myself at other gyms trying to put together a workout, sitting in between sets scrolling the fb or changing music and now I’ve wasted all this time i could have been working out. It’s a solid hour workout, continuous movement, no phone distraction, instructor lead, what else could you ask for? And the community is beyond good. The support and just genuine feeling of a community is there. And to top it off the accessibility to gyms all over the country. You travel a lot? No problem, as long as there’s a OTF around you then you can go. To summarize, AWESOME!
