Staff is super friendly and supportive! I have been to three OTF locations on the north side of Indianapolis, and one in Ohio; Greenwood is by far the most focused on their clients, and most positive and encouraging. Jokes from Coach Mo, life affirmation from Coach Brian, energy and excellent tips on technique from Coach Kelly! The front staff is always smiling and makes me feel great walking in the door :-)
OTF over the past years has been constantly changing things up and keeping it interesting as well as challenging. It's easy to burn out and/or find an injury when a fitness routine stagnates.
That said, there really is an Exceptional group over at OTF Greenwood. Both the coaches and staff are very helpful and want to see you succeed. The class members are also very encouraging and the environment is comfortable. Together it really does make a difficult thing so much easier to do. I can keep on keeping on in maintaining and growing the best shape of my life.
I like the orange theory workouts because even though they are structured, you can set your own level of intensity in addition to choosing where you start so that you can concentrate on what you want to develop for that day.
Orange Theory is the ultimate workout! The workouts are different every day, the coaches are incredibly helpful and encouraging, and there are always fun challenges to continue to push yourself. I love the Orange Theory community.
They are always different and push me everyday I'm in the gym. The coaches also push us, know everyone by name, and ensure we are always doing moves correctly! Love the amazing atmosphere!
I love everything about the workout. I don’t have to think what to do since the workout is already set up with cardio and strength. Then the benchmarks are there to show how I’m improving. But the best part is the people. The coaches that push and encourage and the staff that greet you with a smile when you walk in the studio is best! OTF is my happy place.
Each day I find a way to challenge myself - by what I'm doing, by what a coach says, by a friend working out next to me. I enjoy the challenges and the camaraderie. I love the fact that it is less than an hour in my day, but the intensity makes me content that I have done enough exercise for that day.
