I love the variety of the workouts and the coaching. The coaches get me to press in and work harder- that extra push in the 30 second all out, extra rep, lift 5lbs more.. The music is fun too.
I like the flexibility and versatility of the workouts. Each time I workout, it's different music, routine and sometimes different coach. Keeps me motivated!
I love that every workout is different but you always get a great full body workout. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. By far my favorite OrangeTheory. :)
The group element, the coach interaction, and ease of scheduling the workout are all big factors for me.
I enjoy the fact I can schedule a hour in advance to workout with my friends. It’s great getting to do different things and have coaches helping with form/completion of the movements.
I love the guidance and you vs you mentality. I enjoy that there are always modifications available. The app is really fun to use and see progress, etc.
I like OT's workouts because they are planned out ahead of time so all I have to do is show up, and I get a full body workout. It's convenient to schedule my own workouts on the app as well. Lastly, I like being able to track how hard I 'm working on my OT band. I always feel great after an OT workout!
