Fun and challenging classes. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivational and ensure exercises are being performed correctly and safely. Exercise modifiers also demonstrated if you have an injury or looking to increase the challenge intensity.
I love that it’s not only planned for you but that coaches make sure your form is correct. The templates always change and keep it different so your body doesn’t get bored.
The workout covers all aspects of fitness. We just competed the dri-Tri when you are finished you walk away knowing that you are physically fit and feel pretty good about where you are. I do not think if you just did weight training that you would be able to do very well at that sort of challenge.
