I took my first class and the instructor Heather was awesome! She explained the equipment and class beforehand. And during class checked in to assure that I was doing okay and answered any questions. She even encouraged me to increase weight to what I could handle. I loved the variety during the workout and I felt a total body workout at the end of class. The treadmill at Orange Theory is the absolute best in my opinion!! I love walking outside daily and have used treadmills at different gyms. Orange Theory's treadmill is super comfortable under your feet and I had no foot discomfort whatsoever. I enjoyed switching to different stations to give your body and muscle groups a variety of exercises. I'm excited to begin my Orange Theory journey.
I love the community. Everyone is so kind and fun to workout with. The workout is always worth it. I've never once said to myself "I wish I skipped this workout " once I finished the class. I love everything about it.

Danielle was great! I took my first class, and she made sure I felt comfortable before, during, and after the workout. She was personable while still challenging time to work harder and correct my form. Overall great experience, i'll be buying a membership!
