I love how personalized the workouts are! On one side, we are all on a treadmill. But on the other side, we are each challenged only to do the best we can do!
I am a very competitive person and I like the Benchmark Challenges so that I can m onitor my progress. The prescriptive workouts motivate me to increase my Base Pace to continue to improve my speed and strength. The coaches are very helpful in modifying movements to help prevent injuries or for me to be able to continue to work out when I have constraints. Every coach at the Fairfield gym is extremely friendly and motivating. I love Orange Theory!
