The staff is friendly and helpful. The trained, friendly and professional trainers lead each class by demonstrated each exercise before you attempt them. It is one hour of self paced exercise. The trainers offer alternative exercises if you need them. The members are friendly and non-judgemental. Members range from super fit, middle of the road fit and members that are just adding physical fitness to their daily routine. I don't know how this location attracts such nice members but it is a welcoming comfortable place.

I've referred 3 people to unlimited memberships - my niece tells me her Bay Area studio gives a little studio bucks for different referral levels -
Any member who brings on new unlimited members should get a referral bonus AND entered into whatever drawing - it would make me feel appreciated .... I'm about to bring a 4th and would keep doing so

The workout can't be beat for a one hour calorie burning workout. I would like to be able to do more with heavier weights except on certain strength days. But it can't be copied. I have been working out at OTF since it opened coming up on 4 years and I am still not bored yet. I can get bored easily with workouts. I have done interval training the last 15+ yrs and I always get an itch at some point to leave...let's hope that doesn't happen anytime soon.
