After only one workout I feel tighter and more energetic in my daily activities!! Pushing through the entire workout makes me feel so proud too. I have a lot of issues (herniated disc, knees, ankles, shoulder...don’t want to aggravate those and be unable to play tennis!! So far so good!!!
Basically ... everything! The atmosphere is fun and inviting and everyone is so friendly. I was never a fan of gyms, but this does not feel like one although there’s nothing easy about the workout routines. I look forward to going because of that and most of all because the workouts are varied, fun, effective and motivating.
The staff and the trainers are very positive and very nice and the workouts are constantly changing except you pick whether you want to start with rowing or running but like I said it may start out similar but everything changes from day today and probably an hour to hour depending on the instructor.
I've been a month-and-a-half and I always leave exhausted which is a good thing.
