I am so very grateful for all that you have added to my life. What an incredible team Mary has put together. The simple encouragements, training skills and uplifting environment, make the very varied trainings something I always to look forward to.. and when leaving I feel great!!
The community is supportive, the facility is clean, and every detail of the OTF experience—from walking in the front door to finishing the workout—is well thought-out. I highly recommend!
I love the workouts and the coaches are really great! There are a few that could have better playlists ;) but past that everyone is awesome! Only thing I would change is add some extra 12 and 15 lbs weights to the center rack. Lots of times I'll find myself with a 12, wanting to use a 15, and not having any available nearby to borrow from someone else. It's gotten to the point where I am tempted to bring my own.
It’s a solid full body workout where all I have to do is show up bc I have amazing coaches and classmates to keep me motivated and the playlists are always great too!
Everyone at Orange Theory Fitness in Harrisonburg has been incredibly helpful and encouraging as I have restarted my fitness journey. The workouts are fun, high-energy, and at times challenging, but they are never done alone. You can count on other participants to encourage you as a part of the community and the coaches to keep you motivated.

Cons:
Few class options on Friday and weekends. on Saturday and Sundays, the last class is at 10am. Some other OTF locations offer 11am and 12pm classes. Since Saturday classes are often 3G, and Sundays fill up early in advance, there is great potential for extending the hours on those days.
Also on Fridays, it would be nice to have a 5:30pm class as well.
They are challenging but the coaches always offer modifications. Orange theory is truly a place for all. The staff at the Harrisonburg OTF are the most welcoming people.
This place is special! The workout is an expertly curated combo of strength training and cardio while impressively keeping the barrier to entry low. Some people marathon train while most of us are just trying to keep our health. Come as you are! I left my first time satisfied with a great workout while retaining enough energy to chase my kids! It’s a beautiful combo of rowing, treadmill and weights.
