The challenging and varied workout plans are great. I attend classes at a number of different clubs in various states (usually the same locations consistently). I can say [FIRST NAME REMOVED] is among the best coaches/instructors. Great attitude, personality and motivator.
The music - the heart rate monitor aspect that allows me to see my progress and have a sense of accomplishment at the end of a workout. Also, the fact that it includes 3 separate components of a work out in the weight room, on the rower, and on treadmill.
