The mixture of different stations makes the workout more exciting. The instructor JT is great at getting my heart rate up and down and making my workout productive.

The interval training aspect is great. I like having music pumping to keep me motivated and going without obsessing over what the screens say. (All of the screens! Rowing screen, treadmill screen, tv screen in weight room, and the big screen with the readouts!) It's a workout that even if you aren't in the best shape you still feel successful and accomplished at the end of it!

I love the welcoming attitude of the trainers! The workouts are Intense and challenging, but for a beginner there are modifications available so you can still get a great work out and not feel defeated! I would like to add that some of the music played during our workouts I do find offensive and vulgar. It is a distraction and does affect my workout. My husband and I would be happy to provide suggestions for future playlists!

OTF provides an excellent mix of cardio and weight training for a total body experience. You are responsible for your own fitness and performance under the guidance of a coach. It is a great workout for those needing to get all they need in 55 minutes. The new format is much improved and I appreciate the greater concentration on weights and not running to death every class.

I am 55 and just needed something to improve my general health. The workouts are set up to work every area of your body and have really improved my stamina and how I feel. The schedule allows me to workout before work and still get to work on time so it is really not a huge impact on my normal schedule. The trainers are energetic and encouraging so you don't feel bad about the level that you are at with classes that have people with a wide range of fitness levels. Finally, the App and emailed workout results makes registering for classes and tracking your progress easy to do. What's not to like!

A trainer leading the class and watching my moves to give corrective feedback when necessary; the heart rate monitor and screens that keep me motivated by watching my splat points; the variety of endurance, strength, and power days; that no 2 days are alike and it's always something different, so I don't get bored; you can do it at your own pace and comfort level.
