I love the structure and the signature workouts and challenges they offer. The classes keep me engaged the whole time between the music and the coaches. I love the benchmarks because it helps note my progress in a different way and helps me improve.
I like the circuit training. Moving from one equipment to another. Doing different exercises throughout the time. Especially having a coach to talk you through the exercises. But the music could be lower. Can’t hear the coach too well. There should be something in place. When the coaches speak, music should get lower. When they stop speaking, music should resume back to normal. I had trouble following the coach because of the loud music.
I just did my first class, Coach Craig was great at showing me the equipment and walking me through what to expect. Checked in on me throughout the class to make sure I was doing ok. The energy of the workout and staff was great, very friendly without being pushy.
Erin, Sarah, Coach Amanda and the members of the class were so amazing. They were all very welcoming and extremely willing to help me with things I did not understand. The class itself was a total hit.
There’s always variety. You get a physically demanding workout and if you go two Sundays in a row at the same time frame the programming is different so you are always working different parts of your body.
I like the coaches that push me to do better and more each class. I like that each class is different so it never feels monotonous. And I’ve made some great friends!
The coaches pump you up and are very helpful during the workouts. I love the organization of the classes and the music is always great. I leave everything on the floor and I feel great.
