It’s not about competition. It about self drive and being accountable to yourself. You go your pace, with a goal of hitting the orange zone at every station, where possible. The feeling of working out side by side, with ample space between, makes it even better to know they are all working in the same way. the music keeps us on tempo, and the instruction is awesomely pushing us and protecting our form, to avoid injury, and to get the best outcome. My body has changed. I’m stronger, and feel better about me! Thank you Orange Theory!

I like the concept of Group fitness because I don’t have to think about what exercises I need to do. It’s a productive use of my workout hour versus going to the gym and trying to figure out what my exercises will be. I like the instructors and the sense of community at the studio. It’s kept very clean and the whole process of booking classes is organized and straightforward. The InBody machine is an added plus to track physical progress on muscle, fat & metabolism, versus a traditional weight scale. Overall, the membership It’s a great value if I make sure I stick with the routine, which I know I can fall out of easily.

The cardio/HIIT structure results a positive result both in general fitness as well as a measurable physical change in appearance. The music is fun and the coaching at my studio is terrific. Both encouraging and focused on each member performing the work correctly to gain the most benefit. In addition to the workout, there is a community component where you get to connect with others not just in the gym but also socially with some studio planned events.

I like that the workout is different every day and leaves me feeling better than when I came in. I like not having to figure out what to do, that I can feed off all the energy in the room when otherwise I would just stop. I like that the coach will correct my form so I don’t get hurt. I like many things about Orange Theory. The number one thing is that my workout is planned out by someone other than me. All I need to do is show up and engage. I know each day’s workout will be different and challenging. I trust that during the week my entire body will get the workout it needs to increase my overall fitness and health.
