Great instruction and helpful feedback to adjust to doing the exercises (more) correctly. Usually attend Tammi's classes but have also had great success with Liz and Dominic over the past few weeks. Fantastic program.
Three things that I like that come to mind immediately:
1. It helps to have a trainer who pushes the group through a series of exercises designed to vary the intensity to provide a good balance of stress and recovery.
2. The heart rate monitor results on the screens are great for motivation.
3. Scheduling and paying for workout sessions in advance fosters accountability.
Taami is a great trainer and she was nice enough to check up on me because I had to take a break from working out after a drunk driver hit me and fractured my back in 4 places and she helped me get back in there when I was able to workout again.
OT helps me with the accountability factor of getting to the gym and working out smarter, not harder to reach my goals.
Its a much better use of my time to go and have a dynamic workout planned for me. I greatly appreciate the encouragement and the help I receive from my trainers.
There is a lot of variation in the workout. The workout can be what you want to make of it. You can push yourself really hard or go a little easier if you need to. The trainers are very motivating and helpful. If you need modifications they will help you to figure that out, but still at the same time encouraging you to challenge yourself as you feel that you are able to. It's just fun and doesn't give the feeling that your in a competition with the other clients. Everyone there including the receptionists are encouraging and there to help you reach your goals.
