Efficient. Work the whole body. I love the coaches so I don't have to think about what I'm doing next - I just do it. I also like the heart rate monitors- keeps me motivated and makes me push harder to get my splat points and calorie burn.
OTF isn't just a workout, it's a community. The trainers really care about making sure you are getting the most out of every session and get to know the members' needs personally. I've been a member 3 years and I tell everyone I know they need to try it!
OTF workouts are the best for those looking for a little motivation and a plan. I'm 57 and love the burn! Been playing sports for decades, and coaching for 15 years, so I know a thing or two about workouts. They're quick, precise (but not ridged), and they get results. I Love OTF!
I'm In and Out in 1 hour. The instructors have all been great, and it is a lot fun. The environment is nice, and the equipment all works very well, particularily the spin bike. I tend to work out hard and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.
It is never the same thing twice. I am always challenged and by the end of each workout, I have always done something I didn't think I could do! I always leave the workout feeling empowered and stronger than the day before.
