I like the intervals, the music and how enthusiastic the coaches are! They help people learn correct technique and always offer alternatives to modify any movement. I really enjoy the variety of people in class, from the most fit to someone just getting started!
The orange theory work out is more than I would accomplish on my own. For me I added the orange theory classes to my regular workouts in order to push me more than I would do on my own. The coaches do a good job.
The variety and flow with weight training, rowing, and treadmill. Monitoring your heart rate. The instructor. I do like that you can still work at your pace that is comfortable but with the instructor and music to push you which it does. Good work out in a good environment.
I experienced OTF A year ago March. I hesitated as this would be ' another workout gym' and I've tried so many others. I had been in yoga for a few years, but felt I needed more, not to mention on my way to 50!
I can't speak highly enough about OTF, it has changed my life! I have more energy, have lost weight , feel better about myself and most importantly healthier:) did I mention he wonderful staff & coaches that push me at each workout 💪🏼
I think everyone should experience it, it has been the best thing I've tried in a long time!

I love the structure, the motivation the coaches provide and the blend of strength, endurance and power. I've been a runner for 12+ years, and this is the first class that I'd rather come to every day than go for a run - a HUGE milestone for me!
First of all ....let's be real these workouts are NO joke. However , I'm a 51 year old very very very retired athlete. I could barely do ONE sit-up.
Orange theory is a complete butt kicking , body shaping , motivating get you excited about changing your life Hi-intensity workout with a neighborhood feel. Orange Theory has changed my life forever!!! I love to exercise now! I'm mentally and physically a different person.
