I have never been to a workout class where I have felt more inspired and motivated. It has a One on One feel even when there is 32 people in class. They have more faith in me than I have in myself; handing me heavier weights or telling me to up my speed. I've done nothing but talk about OTF since the day I started.
Best group workout I have ever had! Love all the instructors and how motivating they are. I really recommend OT to anyone who is looking to lose weight, or gain strength and stamina or just just maintain the current fitness level.
When I go to class, I don't have to think about what I need to do. The coaches do all the work! Incredible cardio and strength training workouts and motivating music. No one workout is the same. I attend an average of 4-5 classes a week. Best investment I could make for myself
It's the perfect combination of every workout style I like! After every workout I am exhausted and so proud of myself. In addition to the exceptional staff and environment, OTF is one of my favorite places to be.
The coaches are great and motivate you to get more out of your workout. The staff are friendly and caring. Everyone who works out there seems to like being a part of this place. There is something special about OTF-HB!
I like quantifiable intangibles. Seeing the immrdiate response of my body to physical push, heat rate, calories consumed, level at which i am pushing myself; all excellent motivators throughout the workout and incentive to return. Further, seeing the caloric consumption has made me much more conscious about my eating/drinking habits as I know how much effort is required to counteract the calories consumed...is that hamburger and 3 beers REALLY worth an hour at Orange?
The coaches are awesome! They're the best at keeping you motivated and push you to go outside your comfort zone, even if it's only 0.1 faster on the treadmill, push off a little harder on the rower and using challenging weights. I like the variety of workouts, 2G, 3G, the switch templates and partner workouts. It keeps it different and dare I say fun :) I walk in groggy and walk out feeling great! I feel like I'm making progress towards my goals after each workout, instead of wondering if what I was doing at gym was working. These workouts are one of the best parts of my day!
The workouts are high intensity and the class is targeted to always keep people moving which I love. I also love the fact that the monitors are always monitoring my heart rate and I know when I need to push myself more to stay or get in the orange zone.
