The challenging workouts and the trainers. I just wish there were more strength classes.

I can work as hard as I want (or take an easy day), and I don't need to worry about what I will do that day, someone has already thought that out for me. I can see my heart rate and push myself. I always feel better after a workout, and am not pushed to do things I'm not comfortable with.

I love that coach Nicole makes sure that every person in class is completing the exercise on the floor correctly. I am 60 + years old, and she has been so wonderful to support me. I broke my arm and after 7 months, I joined OT to help me regain my strength. I’m 74 classes in and looking forward to many more years of staying fit. I love that you don’t have worry about what to do on the floor, treadmill, or rower. The routine is planned out for you and you just have to show up!! Love Orange Theory Fitness in Holladay

I love that I can a get a full body work out in just an hour. The coaches at OTF Holladay are so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me improve significantly at all three stations. They are also so aware of each of their members’ needs. They both encourage added challenges when they know I’m capable of more, and have offered exercise variations and alternates when I was trying to work around an injury. They’re amazing.

It’s different everyday, keeps you motivated.

As get 30,000 ish vertical feet per month, I will attain this within the next 22 months. Oh, I also lost 25. I just celebrated my 66 birthday last Thursday. I love so many things about OTF! I love that it's always different, but always a challenge. I love the energy, the music, the coaches, the community, the equipment, the efficiency, the specialty workouts, the benchmark challenges, the strength classes, the fun events and the list goes on! I have gotten faster and stronger since joining 4 years ago, and that's saying a lot after 40!

I love that the workout incorporates my individual fitness needs in a team-like environment. In addition I really like the combination of cardio and weights. As I grow more seasoned, weights play a more significant role in keeping my body healthy and strong!

I love the variety of the workouts and the coaches are always so energetic, working out in a group setting makes your work harder and also you can make friends with the people your workout with. It’s a great supportive community to be a part of!
