Its nice that theres a set program for each workout session that also allows you to work at your own pace. Being able to see how much you are exerting yourself really helps you dial in where you want to be at any given point in the workout. The staff are all incredibly friendly as well and work with everyone to make sure they get the most out of exercises and dont injure yourself in the process. Its been a long time since ive worked out and having a such a positive environment is great for everyone including people who may be very self conscious.

Varied workouts on the treadmill and on the floor keeps my whole body in shape. I also enjoy the people I meet at the various classes. I have many friends that I workout with. The coaches are great, they help me to get the most out of my workouts. They also help me when I am nursing an injury. They encourage me to do what I can without exasperating my injury. The bottom line is that I look forward to my workouts!
I like the fact that you offer different payment options and I don't have to pay for an unlimited membership when I know I can attend only two classes per week! I like the coaches and music. I also like the option of the bike since the treadmill is hard on my foot that is still recovering from surgery.
One suggestion I do have is that I would like the coaches to make sure that I am using correct form when doing the strength trainings.
