At first, it looks very intimidating, but once you get started, you just go with the flow. If you can't do something or not as quickly, you can easily modify. The instructor Lo was very helpful and so was Paula! They explained everything, and Lo did check on me. I enjoyed the fast pace and I was helped, but it wasn't overbearing. It was just enough to make sure I got it, but I was allowed to go at my own pace. I liked that. Thanks
I love EVERYTHING about OTF! I love the fact that it changes every single day (I attend 6x's/week)-leaving no room for a plateau! Love the music. Love the energy. LOVE OTF & highly recommend it to anyone that will listen to me!
It's different every time and I love the coaching through-out. So far, Ginger is my favorite. I try and push myself and she's constantly telling us to push to an uncomfortable point. I really like the format. I also like when they take time to stretch and cool down afterward. I like that we are told to high five another person.. this forces people to get to know one another and to push each other.
