I liked the mix of cardio and strength training and the coach pushing and encouraging us. I really liked that I was working at my pace rather than having to work at the same pace as everyone else in the class. I loved the energy and the pace. Felt fantastic afterwards!
My only criticism is that with a large class there seemed to be too many people for the instructor to ensure everyone's form was correct in weight room consistently. I know she was watching because she corrected mine and someone else's but there were times I think she missed some wrong forms because of the attention on the cardio side. It's a lot for one person to watch over with a full class.
