I loved the trainer, environment, staff, and new friends! The trainer pushed me to work out and exercise more. I appreciated him not pushing me over the edge and typically that causes me to quit!

I love that I'm a soaking wet mess after every class! I'm 47 years old...my days of wanting to be BIG and BULKY are over...I want to be LEAN and MEAN and I believe that is exactly what Orange Theory offers! Also I injured my back 4 times, shoulder 3 times, and neck twice in the 6 years I did crossfit trying to keep up with the 25 year olds in the class! O.T. on the other hand concentrates on combining cardio AND weight/core training with the goal not being the biggest or strongest in the class but pushing YOURSELF to get that heart rate above 84% and to earn as many splat points and burn as many calories as is possible in a 60-minute class! Thank you O.T. for everything you do and look forward to a nice, lean relationship!!! ;)
There is never a dull moment with workouts! Everyday is different; you will never be bored!
I have been an active member at OTF for over 2 years and have never had a more consistent, sufficiently strenuous workout. I wish this workout existed in the days of Step Aerobics and Cardiokickboxing. My time would have been much better spent at OTF!
