The workouts at Orange Theory are made for everyone. You can start out at your own comfortable pace and then challenge yourself each week with more weight, more resistance and faster speed. The instructors make you feel like anything is possible and always have great energy to add to the class.
I'm a runner and have strong legs but weak core and upper body strength. My first session worked many core and upper body muscles. The staff at the Hoover location were very welcoming and put me at ease during my first session. The building and fitness studio were very clean and equipment was in great condition. Very good first experience.
I am sore, tired, worn out and exhausted afterwards, then I look up and see the calories burned and get the feeling of accomplishment and say it was well worth it. I love that feeling, there is nothing like it.
This is THE workout for me! I love that my workout is always different. It's amazing to me that I've done this for almost two years now and am challenged each and every time I'm in the studio. No two days are ever the same, even after all that time! The Orangetheory workouts are so motivating...the group setting and awesome coaches actually make working out enjoyable, and to me, that's the key!
