Regardless of your fitness level, I would recommend OTF to anyone! Although the workouts are conducted in a class-setting, you can individualize them and make adjustments to meet your own personal fitness goals/needs. The coaches are motivational and push you, but not to the point of overbearing. They play loud music, and the workouts change constantly,so you never get bored with the same routine!
Always challenging and never boring. I get the toning in the muscles that I desire and it has helped me become a better runner when I do long runs or marathons. I have and would recommend orangetheory to others.
