OTF was quite a bit of a challenge for me since I hadn't worked out in years! I appreciated that there was not only a follow up call, but personal attention to meet me where I was at and help customize my workout. Thank you so much OTF!!!
The workout is already planned out and in a class setting so no one is singled out or on the spot. Plus you have your heart monitor readings displayed so you can push yourself when not in the orange or red zones.
I am 52 and usually don't enjoy group workouts... AT ALL! I LOVE OT! It is individual enough that I don't feel embarrassed to go at my "old lady pace" in front of the others even as participating in a group. The music is fun and loud, the young instructors are inspiring and friendly, and the hour passes quickly because we are not doing one thing for long before we go to something else.
