I love the West U studio! The front desk staff is so friendly - I always love seeing JJ and Michelle when I come to class. They are so welcoming and helpful! My favorite coaches are Joey & Julian. They are awesome and I really enjoy their classes. Joey is really good about encouraging you to pick up heavier weights and is always pushing me on the rows/treads. He creates a really positive environment in the room and makes sure to correct form when necessary, which is much appreciated! Julian is also great with correcting form and I love his classes. I went through a 4-5 month phase of not really working out and OTF has really helped me get back on track, especially with cardio. Thank y'all for creating such a great place to exercise!
