The music, energy, dedicated coaches that you know care about you and enjoy their job. I like the mix of cardio and strength floor-perfect balance. I like that you can go at your own pace but still push yourself. I love everything about it. :)

OT is the best all-around workout there is. Perfect balance of strength/weights & cardio. People of ANY and ALL fitness levels can get the best possible workout in the same workout at the same time.

I like knowing that I'm going to be challenged as I'm led through an intense workout, and the daily variety keeps it interesting -- I never get bored even though overall I know what to expect. The flexibility of so many offered sessions allows an hour long workout around my schedule. And, having the option of using many OTF locations has been perfect for me. The use of a heartrate monitor has proven to be the key for me to push myself, and also lets me know when to slow it down some. I've used gyms for longer than I can to recount, and there's something about working individually yet as a group that speaks to some primal part of me that I really enjoy! Overall, OTF has obviously thought through every portion of the business and has listened to what people want in a perfect workout environment--unlike most gyms, it's clean, it's convenient with no monthly contracts or initial fees, they have skilled trainers who obviously are taken care of and enjoy their jobs - I've yet to experience otherwise, and OTF uses modern technology to their advantage as well as for their customers convenience. OTF rocks!

How hard it is and how many calories I burn. And that the coaches really Push you to do your best! Only downside is how hard it is to get into classes.

The variety and that it is to my own pace. However - I wish the signup wasn't so clunky. You should make it all online and not waiting for texts. I also don't like that I can't get into an earlier class even if there are open slots bc it would be a cancellation for the later class. Southwest doesn't do that! ;)

I enjoy the variety of the classes and the different types of workouts daily/weekly. In addition I like the upbeat energy of the classes and the drive to do more, go further. I also am not a huge fan of running, however I like the treadmill blocks because it forces me to run and push myself. I have noticed that I am able to run more and for longer then before.
