Trainers are always watching to make sure everyone is doing the exercises right. They are upbeat and helpful, energetic, professional and personable. The workout is as easy are hard as you want it to be but the trainers always try to push you to go that extra step to get a full workout. The music is upbeat and helps to give you that rythym for your movements. The staff is upbeat and so helpful and kind and I can't say enough about them. They know everybody and call them by name and chat with them. They can answer all your questions. They are awesome! The whole experience is rewarding!

I love the Variety, every day is different. I Burn lots of calories and it helps me maintain my weight. Love most of the trainers and look forward to coming daily. Best workout I have ever done and am in the best shape of my life! Never gets old or boring. Negative: it is very hard to book classes. I come 4 days per week at least and always book 28 days out. This week is my rollover week and I still could not book Sams class on several days in March ( am waitlisted). Last months booking put me in the 8pm class twice this week, and that was booked weeks ago. Do you consider a limit on the number of members when the classes are booked out so far in advance? I have been coming since the studio opened and it is disappointing to not be able to book classes on my normal days with my favorite trainers. Additionally, it would be nice if we could evaluate the trainers with a survey like this. Some are better than others. Perhaps the positive comments on the best trainers could be used to help the others be more upbeat and motivating.
