I really appreciate the friendly staff members and trainers. I feel acknowledged and valued each time I am at OTF- West U. I like having a challenging work out where I accomplish a lot in a short amount of time.
- Varied workouts each day, so you can go 4-5 times a week and not get burned out
- Mix of cardio on rower and treadmill
- Mix of weightlifting exercises on the floor
- Kristy and Andrew are great instructors in the 5am class, that are always willing to offer pointers or alternatives
No matter your fitness level, the workouts are structured to where each person can push themselves. If you're just starting to exercise after years of being inactive, or if you're an endurance athlete, you're both going to feel the same after the workout, which is typically pretty exhausted.
Your team, especially Preston, at the front desk makes it a very pleasant experience. Your coaches bring out the best in us. Despite being tired - my husband and I never miss our 9 pm class. It would be nice if you guys have a place we can leave our kids in the future so we can work out as a couple (just a thought). Thank you again for working with us and getting us fit!
I love OTF because the coaches push me to do my best and the work outs are always fun and never repetitive. The staff and other members create a friendly atmosphere that is always inviting and keeps me coming back. I am so much stronger and faster than I ever thought I could be thanks to OTF and I wish everyone I know would give it a try!
Julian's classes are always so fun and I like the guidance he provides. I find myself willing to push a little harder as he consistently reminds us to increase our speeds (even when I don't want to!). I've taken classes in Denver and Houston for 1.5 years and have yet to do the same workout twice. Thanks for keeping it interesting.
The work outs vary and don't get boring
The instructors are great and seem to like what they do overall, they know what they are doing and monitor each person. Never feel that you fall away on the crowd, because class sizes are perfect. Instructors are friendly too.
The atmosphere is friendly
It is clean
I like the balance of strength training and cardio.
I like the fact everyone is able to go at their own pace yet still be pushed to work hard and challenge themselves.
I like the music that energizes and motivates you to want to work hard.
