I've always had a difficult time staying motivated to exercise. I'd be consistent for 5 or 6 weeks and then life would get in the way and it would be months before I tried to start again. With OrangeTheory I don't have to plan a workout or set up a playlist. Every class is different so I don't get board and here I am 9 months later and I'm still going strong. It's really motivating to see the progress I make when I lift a little heavier or run a little faster. I couldn't do it without OTF!
It's become a total addiction. I always feel better leaving then when I came in. It's the best total body workout, that's guaranteed to make you sweat. Never the same, so you never know what to expect. And I love that it's shaved time off my 10K's and I haven't put in any time running around a track!
Good workouts with fun music, breaks the monotony of other exercise! Only negative to OTF WestU is that it is very hard to get into classes! You have to sign up several weeks in advance to get the times you need, which is not very convenient.
I like the variety and how no matter if it's strength, power or endurance, I always leave sweating and feeling like I got a great workout. Please do something though to make more spaces available at 5 am. I have started going to other gyms because it is so hard to get into classes even though OTF is my preference. Thanks!!
I've been at OTF West U since it opened and I'm in the best shape of my life! I typically go to Kristy's classes 3-4x per week. I've tried to attend other classes (Julian is a GREAT coach too), but nobody motivates the way Kristy does. She keeps it light but encourages hustle, notices when you're outperforming and compliments you, and she actively controls her playlist in class so that the right tempos are playing during pushes, all-outs, and walking recoveries. She also tries to learn everyone's names. It's great being a part of an atmosphere that she creates in her classes!

I love the atmosphere when you walk in. I like how every workout is different and you never know what it will be that day. The coaches always have great energy and kept pushing you to get better every workout.
