With OTF, it all comes down to the staff. You have to have working equipment and be able to schedule and rearrange schedules, etc. That's a given. But no matter what, ultimately, this is a service based business and the staff is what makes this business work. Every OTF I've been to, that's the key and that's what I saw at my one vacation visit here. I'll be back.

I love the three components of rowing, tread, and strength/core in same workout. This routine is what I've needed to get moving back into the whole body fitness. Thank you Orangetheory, and I thank my daughter for signing me up!

Loved working out with OTF west U! would have stayed if I didn't move to a different state! Julian is the best trainer-- very good at personalizing your work out as much as he can!

I like the rotation of equipment. It keeps the workout from getting boring. I also like that each workout session has a different focus: Power, Strengthen, and Endurance. Makes me feel like I'm getting a well rounded workout overall.
