I liked the instructor and that he could acknowledge my performance from both observing me as well as my heart rate/pace.
I like that most excercises can be modified for less impact on the knees, hips, shoulders.
Catie and Ezra have assembled a great team - from the always friendly front desk to the awesome instructors! I love the whole morning teaching crew - Rashida, Sarah, Hancock and of course, Ezra. They are always encouraging and they motivate me to try to work my hardest every time I workout. I love that the workout is different every day. You could never be bored. Can't say enough good things about the whole Howell Mill staff!!
I still love the interval training, the broad mix of workouts (never the same one!) and the one-to-few interactions with the coach. The 3G format keeps things fresh, but can get old when every day is a 3G (I know you have taken steps to mitigate this).
I find that Ezra's, Rashida's and Hancock's styles are all very motivating. Sarah's style is a little less so, but that's likely more of a chemistry thing on my end that on hers.
I do love a good long stretch after the workout, so the back to back 1-hour classes make the stretch feel very rushed. Again, I don't know how that can be avoided along with avoiding the 3G every day.
Finally, I think the client outreach initiatives done by the studio are fun and keep things interesting.
