I love the variety and intensity of the classes, and the direction and support that we get from the coaches. I leave each class feeling 100 x's better than I did before!
Great workout. Coach Obe is great and very encouraging. I am just starting out and I thought I would be embarrassed by how much I cannot do, but that is not the case. No, I can't do some of the things or as much and for that long but I still feel welcome and look forward to being able to get to where I can. :)
Great workout atmosphere! Staff was very friendly and inviting. Heart rate monitors added an extra element to my workout experience. Rachel was very engaging and pushed me to my limits! When I first walked in someone literally said, “I want to take her class again!”. I would love to take her class again!!
I’m a huge fan of group fitness, it definitely helps keep me accountable. They design new work outs daily that focus on endurance, strength, and power. The coaches are always there to motivate you throughout your workout!
