I love how different every workout is. I don't always get 12+ points but leave feeling like the workout was very challenging. I like the overall energy of the workouts. For me personally, I do best when the coaches are engaged and pushing you to increase your speeds and get those final orange points.
The workout changes each day and the trainers are so encouraging. I feel accomplished after each workout!
It makes working out "easy" in that I don't have to do any planning- I just show up and get an amazing workout!
