Your workout is so inspiring and challenging. This inspires you to try your best and never give up, and challenges you in all aspects from cardio to strength training. All while being in a group but feels like you have your own personal trainer! The instruction is awesome!!!!
Complete body workout with both weights and cardio. Good HIIT workout. Depending on how hard you work during the 55 minute workout, you can make it as hard as you want, from low to high intensity for top performers.
Everything! I like the split between cardio and lifting. I love all the coaches and even though there are about 20-30 people in the class they are able to walk around and make sure that we're doing the workouts correctly and adjust form as needed. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing and helpful!
