I'm not a workout type of person so I require a lot of motivation to go to a gym. OTF on the other hand - I look forward to these workouts so much! It's the energy, the fast pace, the feeling of accomplishing something good for my health after it's done. And I say this even though I am not in your typical age group for something like OTF to appeal to (the young ones). I cannot keep up with most of the others. But, that's okay, because I am not trying to. I am just trying to do the best that I can. Special call out to all the instructors who keep it fun! I would like to compliment Elizabeth and Sandra especially. They are authentic and they care about individuals. Thank you!
It is a well rounded workout that includes weights and cardio in a HIIT format. Low pressure, but you are able to see your level of intensity on the screen. Plus, the coaches are always helpful and motivating without being pushy.
EVERYTHING!!! It’s hot cardio and strength training- it’s like having a personal trainer that I do not have to book separately, etc. It’s different everyday and you work at your own pace!
I love that it’s only an hour long but intense enough that I get results. Since starting OTF in 2021 ive lost 50lbs. When I first started I never thought I could run a mile straight without stopping now I’m confident that I could easily run a couple of miles without feeling winded. It has definitely impacted my life for the better and I would 100% recommend to anybody looking for a change in gyms.
I love everything about OTF! Great, enthusiastic and positive coaches; fun playlists that make the workout fun; never the same workout- so everything seems different but challenging. Signature work out days and challenges are also great! OTF has definitely given me more life 🧡🧡🧡
The coaches are great. They know what they are doing and are very supportive and inclusive. The workouts vary whether you are 3/4/5 days a week. The challenges work to add a bit of incentive to workouts and provide benchmarks.
Love that it hits every part of my goals- building strength, adding cardio, and being encouraged to keep going! I love the staff and the others I work out with
It's challenging but fun. After the workout, I feel like a million bucks. Like I've really worked harder than ever before. The energy of the coaches is incredible and helps motivate us to do the work, as hard as it may be!
