I like how it's choreographed/set up and I don't have to worry that I'm not getting an all-around great work-out. It covers cardio, strength, and power, and each class is different.
The workouts are always challenging but consistent. Great coaches that are invested in and encourage progress. Because of the time spent in the workouts, it is a chance to create friendships and accountability partners that celebrate each others success.
Variety; built-in goal-setting that isn’t intimidating or overwhelming; work-out stats tracking; a good balance of being a part of a group/community but having independent control over speeds, exercises, etc.
The floor workout is my favorite. The tread with monitor motivates me to do way more than I would normally do. I feel like I’m competing with myself and burning lots of calories and feel great after the workout! It’s wonderful for my physical and mental health!
Very effective and efficient! Coaches are top notch and care about each individual participant in the classes. The SAs at the front desk are friendly, positive and knowledgable. My hour + at the OTF studio is often the best part of my day!
