I've only been to this studio twice, but I liked the vibe walking in and Trevor was really encouraging and motivating to all members in the class.

The OTF work outs are always fantastic. The 2 instructors I've taken class from at Irvine were both very knowledgeable and had great attitudes. It's definitely a location I will keep going back to.

Loves burning. Tracking it. Seeing it live on the screen. Love the guided workouts and the routines being changed daily. The trainers are very motivating. Can't do these workouts alone.

Each workout no matter Endurance, Strength or Power or all three is always a challenge. It also helps that the trainers / coaches are very energetic, put out individual challenges and goals and are always there to help and answer questions.
