Great workout, but I hate the 8 hour cancel policy. If I get into the class off the waitlist, I might not have 8 hours left to cancel (or if I wake up not feeling well, I still get charged). Love Allison’s classes - super motivating and positive. Bryant is a bit frenzied and noisy for me, but I get the impression others enjoy him.
It gives quantitative information on how hard (or not) you are working out. You know your calories, heart rate and splat points which motivates you to try harder.
It's also running (cardio) and weights (which I would never do unless I'm in a class)
Good music and friendly instructors - It's also nice to be around others that are striving to be their best both inside and out!!
As a former multi-sport athlete, the mix of Cardio, HIT and Fat Burning is exactly what I need. I love the 60-minute workout as it takes the guesswork out each day. The instructors are fantastic and very enthusiastic.
Anyone regardless of age or level of fitness can perform the movements. Coaches pay attention to form and ensure proper body positioning to avoid injury. Encouragement is given, but not like a drill Sargent. The active monitoring is great to see how you're performing and keep momentum to finish.
