I like how it changes never the same. I come out of class feeling good about myself and that I acomplished something. I originally planned on just doing this for 2 months now am starting my 4th month I'm hooked.
The intensity can be scaled for each member of the class, I can appreciate that after seeing firsthand how the group fitness setting can either force those who aren't ready to push too hard and potentially hurt themselves, or leave those with a higher fitness level feeling like their workout was incomplete. Both trainers that I've worked with have been respectful of my own understanding of my body and limits, and truly treat the class as a group of intelligent adults who are well-equipped to follow directions with modifications, as needed.
