The 60 minutes is something I can work into my schedule most days.
The coaches are always energetic and motivating.
The fact that a trainer takes time, even if just a couple minutes, to make sure I am performing the exercise correctly.

Keeps me mentally interested and fresh each new workout, but also easy to just show up and do what the trainers say without having to mentally come up with my own template if I had to just go to a regular gym

I am addicted to OTF. I would recommend anyone to OTF that is tired of running around the gym for hours and leaving not truly knowing if you gave it your all. OTF's group personal training sessions keeps you focus and if you at least make the effort your guaranteed to burn the calories and feel GREAT about it. As a bonus you will get proof in numbers after each session.
