The variety is my most favorite part of the workout, but I also love being able to monitor my progress during the workout and using "the screen" as a way to push myself. I also really enjoy the coaches and their interaction with the class. Lastly, I like that I leave every class feeling like I got a great workout!
It was a change from my "norm" and recently and suddenly put on weight which effects my overall state of mind and well being. Additionally, I have several OT "addicts" that love it and it has changed their bodies and as a result their mind.
I like the cadence and variety of the workouts. I like having a unique workout structure to follow so I don't have to think about it.
I love having a coach that cares about me and wants me to give my all.
