I like the fact that every workout is different, I don’t have to think about what I am doing, the coaches tell you, it is a full body workout, the staff and coaches are great....I could go on and on....it is the first fitness plan that I have wanted to stick with.
I enjoyed that it was suitable for all levels. I really liked the rowing! Kammi was so encouraging and friendly as were the ladies at the front desk. Everyone made me feel welcome and like I was going to do amazingly. Kammi did a really good job explaining my stats at the end to drive home how much work I’d put in.
I love that a professional guides me through the workout so I know I'm doing the right exercises in the right combination with the right amount of reps. By the end of the class I have a visual report of what I achieved and can use that to motivate me for higher calorie burning or to monitor my splat points.
I also really enjoy that no two workouts are the same so there is no way to get bored (or dread) the workout. I will admit that I'm still nervous at the beginning of each class, but feel so accomplished at the end!
It’s challenging yet doable even for someone who never goes to the gym! You are so busy there’s not a lot of time for self doubt! I believe in the process. My daughter has been going in Indiana and quickly became obsessed and has had excellent result!
