Everything! The exercises are challenging, but I love it! The trainers are really great! They're all friendly and super knowledgeable. They motivate me and others in the class every step of the way! :) I never want to quit! I've noticed an increase in strength and energy. I've toned up and lost so much weight my friends and family are asking me what I'm doing. Going to orange theory has seriously helped me get into the best shape of my life. And that's no lie!
The variety of the workouts means that going to OTF doesn't get boring; it also means that you can't avoid days when it's a workout you'd rather not do (burpees, for example). You have to just go and get it done. And the trainers are fantastic.
