I love that OT motivates me. I could go to the gym by myself for an hour or more and barley feel like I worked out. But with orange theory every time I complete a workout I truley feel like I have accomplished something and that gives me motivation to go back! They are hard workout but I never thought I could push myself as hard as I do, build my endurance this much and lift as heavy as I am! I would highly recommend OT to anyone!
It is an incredible workout because there is both cardio and strength training in the session- and you can't help but be motivated both by the trainer and the high energy people that are in the class with you.
Kate was a phenomenal instructor. It was my first class and she was so patient with me. Explained everything, checked up on me throughout the workout and just made me feel welcome and very comfortable. She chatted with me after about my goals and I just felt so amazing that I immediately signed up for a membership which I wasn't planning on doing right away. I was going to take a few days to think about it but Kate made me fall in love with Orange Theory so as soon as I left the room I signed up. I can't wait to go back!
The workout is the best full body workout for 1 hour: cardio+weights!
Also, it feels like a Vegas dancefloor with the great beats and the lighting--if it didn't, I'd be running right on out of there.....
