It’s fast paced with frequent direction so the time goes quickly and I can get both cardio and weights in one setting. And the trainers are good at making sure I’m doing things correctly so I don’t hurt myself.

I love the enthusiasm of the instructors. I also like the combination of cardio and strength. Things are kept moving and engaging so I'm not looking to cut out early. V
The staff is friendly and supportive. It’s the only gym I’ve been able to commit to because of the personal trainers. The atmosphere is competitive for those who want to be but also allows you to work at your own level. I have seen my body change over the last two years of only working out as little as twice a week. I also love the challenges because they motivate me to work harder.
I came in for a free class recently and signed up for the unlimited plan that day. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Tiffany (the manager) was so friendly and welcoming! Since joining, I have attended a few classes and been extremely happy with my decision. The facilities are kept very clean. The instructors are energetic, motivating and helpful. All the staff there has been fantastic so far. I am really happy with my decision and looking forward to working out there a lot this year!
A enjoy the inspiration that working out as a group offers. I appreciate having coaches that offer encouragement and care that I am do exercises correctly. It feels great to improve or meet a challenge.
The workout is great - well planned and changes to address the whole body without becoming repetitive or stale. The people at the Johns Creek OT are fantastic! The staff are very conscientious and the coaches are great to work with, they really watch out for us! I've been going for two years now and plan to continue for the foreseeable future!
