The workout always make me push my own limits in a way that makes me feel like I have accomplished a fitness goal at the end of every workout. No matter what the theme -- endurance, power, strength or ESP -- every hour I spend at Orangetheory leaves me feeling stronger and and better than I was before the hour started.
I joined to gain strength and endurance, and to lose weight and I can see the results for all three. I like to hour long work outs where I just follow directions. No thinking required. The instructors are also nice and encouraging which makes it fun.
Orange theory workouts cover all the bases of weight training and cardio. It's a great full body workout. FUN too- the coaches do a great job getting you motivated!! Just show up and good things will happen - and you'll feel great!
The energy is great and the trainers are wonderful.
I wish you could have 7:30 AM classes during the whole week instead of just MWF. Please consider doing a poll if you have enough people interested in adding Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 AM classes.
