It's the best all around workout. The classes are always different and never boring. The monitors help you track your progress which keeps you motivated to push harder and get the most out of your workout. The trainers are upbeat and so is the music.
I like that the trainer was not yelling in my face and I could go as I felt I needed to. Being my first day back to training in a very long time I needed to ease into it my way and still get a great workout :)
I like that it changes every work out and the instructors help keep me motivated.
The addition of the 2min an blast and the end of the workout is awesome.
I would like to see a few more paired workouts sprinkled in to every other week or so.. I've done two in 6mo and I'm a M,W,F person.. just an idea.
Also maybe some more workshops. The row workshop helped me tremendously. 3 or4 a year would be nice.
Proper Form, TRX, stretching, another row, whatever

I love how it's always an hour, and always different. I like the trainer or coach correcting our form if we are doing something wrong, but not making us feel bad if we aren't as good as other clients. I love how spent I am at the end of every single workout. I like being sore, but not so sore that I am in actually in pain.
