Everyday is different. I love that I just have to show up knowing I will get a great workout with variety. The SA are all so friendly and accommodating. The coaches know everyone and how to motivate each one of us while recognizing the gains.
I love how challenging the workouts are! The coaches encourage and push you to get the most out of your workout. The sense of community within the studio is unlike any other, too! The workouts themselves are great and leave me feeling my best when I leave the studio.
The variety, the ability to work at my own pace and not be concerned about what others think, the coaching to stretch me to try new exercises and paces
Been doing OTF for over 8 years. I love the workouts for sure, but all of the people i have met through OT is my favorite part.
Coaches, Front Desk Staff, fellow members... I have made friends here that I know I will keep for a lifetime. Our 5am group always gives me a good laugh along with the fist bumps and daily sarcasm ;)
I will keep coming back as long as they will let me!
Orange Theory is my jam, I have made great friends, become much stronger, healthier, fitter, thinner and toned. Don't wait--give it a try and you won't be disappointed. I love that I get a whole workout in with an hour, no wasted time, no thinking about what to do--it is all planned in advance and coached with great music to keep you entertained.
It's different every time, it's interesting, I like the feedback of the heart rate monitor, and I push myself harder than I would if I was working out by myself
The entire experience from the community of fellow workout partners, front desk team members and lastly dynamic and fun coaches makes working out fun and not work. The classes are always different (maybe a veriation difference) but working different muscle groups challenges you to new levels and you can determine how much you want to participate and at what level.
I've joined gyms in the past, but never anything with a structured regiment/routine. Wasn't sure what to think, but after my wife had such success, I figured I had literally nothing to lose. Having the coaches there and engaged, critiquing/correcting form and encouraging me and the rest of the class makes all the difference. I usually last about a month or two after joining a gym, but I'm rapidly approaching 50 classes and don't see any stop in sight! Would like to call out Coach Madison Coach Joey specifically, at Keller OTF.
