I like that someone else is telling me exactly what I need to get done. I also like that I can see my heart rate information on the screen to target what each zone should feel like. And I know it's going to be an hour of mostly fun and a little torture. 😀
The workouts are always different and keep you challenged. The seasonal activities and challenges always keep you motivated and give you the benefit of meeting various small goals along the way. The coaches are awesome and really care about you!
I like the high energy pace and the encouragement as you go. Many times I wanted to stop, but then Christian calls out your name and gives his expectations and you go for it. There are many people in the room and to know you are still a main focus and priority and not lost in the crowd makes it even better.
I love the energy and personalized direction from the trainers. I love the alternate exercise moves if a certain exercise will not work for me yet. I love the motivation from the other members and staff from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you walk out. I love the display on the screens, so it is an unspoken competition, even if it is just with yourself.
I love so many things about OTF from the coaches, the comradery amongst the members to the awesome workout that I get in an hour!!
The coaches are always there to help (before class, after class, and outside of class) - they help with exercises, stretching for injuries or aches to answering questions about nutrition. They are your biggest fan!!!
The members - everyone cheers for the other person - everyone is so excited about successes of others. You can be on the treadmill running doing your best and someone on the rower is cheering for you!!
