Provides a well rounded workout that one would most likely not be able to get on their own. Workouts change so you are never getting the same workout. Motivating environment, awesome coaches and staff. Members are very friendly.
OTC workouts push me to work really hard. Workout is never the same. Coaches are very motivating as well as other people on the floor. Having others work out next to me is very motivating. Another great thing is that you commit to a class and you have to go. The best way to exercise. I have been through it all, gyms, personal trainers, exercise coach. OTC is the best.
I love that there are a variety of exercises and that in a week I won't do the same workout twice. I also love the benchmark challenges that test to see how your fitness is progressing. Since joining OTF in April I have dropped 30 seconds in my mile and over a minute in my 5K time! I have not had drops this large since I was in college!
