I like the variety in the exercises (and modifications offered), the correction and encouragement from the coaches, the camaraderie, and the music!
My ONLY complaint is that sometimes the music is so loud, the instructor turns the mic way up and then proceeds to shout on top of that, and it really blows your ears out. I love concerts and going out dancing, but this isn't necessary at a gym/workout class. Turn it down a little please!!! I wouldn't say anything if I thought it was just me, but I've heard others complain about this often too.
I like the variety, and the fact that I'm getting a well rounded workout. The coaches are great at encouraging without being pushy- I wouldn't push myself as hard trying to do a workout like this on my own.
