I love that it is managed by a trainer but participants are still able to work at their own pace and level. The intensity is addicting and the fact that progress is measured by the heart rate monitors is motivating and innovative.
I love that I get a guided workout from a personal trainer that I can individualize to make sense for me! I feel motivated by working out with others, but not pressured like people are waiting on me. I always leave feeling really proud, and energized!
I like the intensity, the variation in workouts, the tracking of my performance on the screen as well as the online sign-up. I love that I get a great workout in just under an hour and that I don't even have to think about a routine...it's all done for me. My only suggestions are that the trainer ought to provide more stretching. Or, if time is tight, recommend specific stretches to do at home. And, perhaps have one of the desk people assist the trainer in watching/monitoring the strength floor to ensure proper form. But, overall, we love OTF!
