Diverse workouts each class. Coaches make all the difference and the Coach Megan and Jaylen are my favorite! They motivate and always push you to improve based on your goals.
First off, I love our trainer Megan! She is amazing & helpful. I love the combination of rowing & treadmill along with strength training. Gets my heart rate up and going pretty fast & burning all those calories.
It was a great workout, it really pushed me harder than I’ve been able to push myself in the last few years. Looking forward to getting many great workouts in the future!
I am LOVING the Strength50 and Tread50 classes - I used to do CrossFit and weightlifting is very important to me. I'm also training for a 10k so the Tread50 is really helpful as well. These are the only OTF classes I go to now. I have seen a dramatic change in my fitness - in ways I didn't see in the 'normal' classes because of the focus on BUILDING.
Very customer service like, workout plans are top notch, instructors are very high energetic, strong, reliable and professional. Equipment and weights are all there and very organized. Cool place to get a workout in. Thanks 😊
