It's effective and I like using a heart rate monitor to know where I am as far as intensity level. I've never been in better shape, and solely do OTF workouts now. The trainers are great and the atmosphere is fun as well.
The best part of orange theory is you workout the entire time. There are also a variety of movements. I think a lot of woman will love the amount of workout you fit into the hour class. I personally would like heavier weights for some of the movements. I think having more of a variety of heavier weights would attract more men to the classes as well. 25, 35, 45 pound dumbbell sets would be appropriate.
The instructors are very enthusiastic and committed to ensuring that each person meet their fitness goals. I like being able to get a full body workout in an hour. I like the variety of each workout. I have been a member for over a year and a half and still feel challenged by the workout. Front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.
I love that you offer a 5am workout. Perfect for my heavy travel/work schedule. And when I am in town I can get my workout in and still be able to get home and take my kids to school and get ready for my conference calls!
