I like the high energy of the music and the encouragement from the coaches. Especially Sean. He goes out of his way to learn everyone's names and really focuses on each individual to make sure they are working hard and have great form.
I've done the iron man and marathons but now that I'm a mother of three kids under five it's a great hard workout in just an hour! I love that every class is different and includes the perfect balance of cardio and strength training! The early hours are amazing as well!
I liked that it's a full body workout and everyone is so motivating. I also like the theory behind the after burn effect of getting your heart rate up to the orange level at least 12 minutes in the one hour workout to keep burning later.
