I love that the workout is never the same and that the instructors are always very motivating. With that said, I tend to only go to the workouts with the male Instructors because they really motivate me (and others) and take time to improve ones workout by offering advice or tips. I don’t find that the women instructors do that for those attending classes.

The Lafayette OTF has an all-star lineup when it comes to Coaches. Every studio has the same work out, but this location consistently has the best coaches! They are very motivating and are really good at what they do!

I like the fact that it's like circuit training, where the exercises are different each day for strength training and we can incorporate cardio at low to high intervals to maximize the benefit. If I went to a normal gym, I would just do what's comfortable and not challenge myself. This environment is different and you have a good support system.
