I love the instructors (especially James!) and the fast paced workouts. It's never slow and I'm not usually checking the clock. I like that the workouts have gotten harder (sometimes). Also, I'm happy ithat it's not set days anymore (like strength day, endurance day, etc). Change is good and OT keeps switching it up!
The workouts at OTF are intense and adaptable so I always leave feeling as if I've accomplished my goals - burning calories and fat and becoming fitter alround. The mix of HIIT cardio and strength means I get a total body workout and it always sets me up well for the day. I love the coaches, especially Andrea and Nick. Their energy and encouragement always pull me through especially when I'm tired at the end!!
I enjoy that it covers the entire body, clean work out space, nice staff, helpful but not overly, social activities are outside the normal workout so it is optional to participate. Overall all, love it
